Players matching all five numbers and the Powerball would have won or shared the $153.3 million jackpot. The prize goes to an estimated $173 million for Wednesday. There was one winning Powerball ticket sold in Arizona, with four of the five numbers drawn plus the Powerball. That ticket is worth $10,000. Similarly, Wednesday's The Pick jackpot is estimated to grow to over $11 million, because none of the tickets sold for Saturday's game matched all six numbers drawn. Those numbers were: 16, 42, 33, 44, 3, 28 .

Meehan, infant son of Dennis firefighter Phelim Meehan and his wife Amanda Clare. Turlough passed away on December 18 after a valiant battle with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Fr. John Murray, assisted by Deacon David Akin, celebrated the Mass. The reader was Joshua Crowell. Both Akin and Crowell are Dennis Fire Department chaplains. Approximately 600 people attended the Mass including a large contingent of uniformed personnel representing fire and police departments from many Cape towns and the State Police. Turlough’s casket was borne to and from the church atop the Dennis Fire Department’s newest engine, #107. When it enters service, 107 will carry the name "Mighty Meehan" in honor of Turlough.Donations in memory of Turlough Meehan may be made by mail or phone to the Jimmy Fund.
R32 lives up to VW's 'hot hatch' legacy
Admittedly, 250 horsepower, a six-cylinder engine and a price of more than $33,000 can seem a bit much for a small, three-door hatchback. But the 2008 Volkswagen R32 isn't a normal car. It's the latest and priciest embodiment of VW's "hot hatch" legacy -- small hatchbacks with uncommon power, exemplary road manners (particularly when driven hard) and a low-key exterior that doesn't overtly telegraph the car's performance. The combination of German engineering, V-6 power, three-door hatchback design and lots of standard features, including power moonroof, leather seats, automatic climate control and premium audio system is rare. So is the R32. Only 5,000 are available in the States for the 2008 model year, which helps explain the $33,630 starting manufacturer's suggested retail price, including destination charge.
