Product Review: Venzero LINQ

The LINQ is the eighth multimedia player addition to the line up of Venzero, an innovative worldwide provider of mobile consumer electronics and multimedia lifestyle.

The company obtained a reputation for its daring features and clever designs, which they have been producing since 2005. Through the years, Venzero has developed know-how and expertise in a broad range of multimedia players. Their first player was a low-budget mp3 player with limited options, while current innovations such as digital television and a WIFI receiver should dumbfound Venzero's competition.

American Idol Season 7 Week 2 Results

Once again, the vocals were less pitchy than last night.

Ryan went right back to the girls. He had the front row stand. Kady Malloy and Alaina Whitaker are the last two standing. One was the lowest vote getter the other in the bottom three. Alaina was told she would be going home. She immediately burst into tears and said she couldn’t possibly sing. After many encouraging words from Ryan and Paula, she mustered up the strength to perform. The other girls joined Alaina on stage for her rendition of "Hopelessly Devoted". She did surprisingly well.

Bills Acquire DT Marcus Stroud; Add DT Spencer

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. 3/1/08 (AP) - The Bills have acquired defensive tackle Marcus Stroud in a trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Stroud, a three-time pro bowler comes to Buffalo in exchange for a third and a fifth round draft pick in this years draft.

Stroud, who will be 30 at the start of the season, has missed 11 games over the past two seasons due to injury and a steroid-related suspension.

Former Minnesota defensive tackle Spencer Johnson agreed to a five-year deal with the Buffalo Bills today as the team continues to revamp its defense.

The 6-foot-3, 286-pound Johnson has spent the past four seasons with the Vikings. He played in all 16 games this past season, finishing with 24 tackles and three sacks. In 49 career NFL games, Johnson has 108 tackles and four sacks. Stroud and Johnson fill an opening left vacant when Buffalo unexpectedly released veteran defensive tackle Larry Tripplett yesterday.

Chattering Head

Jack Thompson is an ignorant fellow who likes to talk at length about things he knows little about. However, not only is he harmless, he is often entertaining. Instead of rehashing those basic principles, how about I just give you the video of his Fox News appearance. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Brown lays down the law to Wendy: 'I'm in control of debate on ...

The Paisley North MSP, who has endured two months of torment after the Sunday Herald broke the donations story, has tried to recapture the domestic agenda by backing a Constitutional Commission to increase Holyrood's powers.

The idea has the backing of Labour, the Tories and the Liberal Democrats in the Scottish parliament, but is being resisted by Scottish Labour MPs at Westminster who believe Alexander is "doing the work" of the SNP.

Now the Sunday Herald can reveal the prime minister's scepticism about a plan that Alexander has staked her political future on.

A meeting on January 28 - attended by Brown, chancellor Alistair Darling, justice secretary Jack Straw, Scottish secretary Des Browne, and civil servant Jim Gallagher - was held to discuss the union and Scottish devolution.

Telltale snowmobile tracks help Michigan police bust alleged chop shop

BANGOR TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Michigan police say they found what appears to be a "chop shop" for stolen snowmobiles, thanks to the determination of an angry snowmobile owner, and some telltale tracks in the snow.

Police say the man discovered Saturday that his snowmobile was missing from his home in southwest Michigan. The man, whose name is not being released, called police and set out on a borrowed snowmobile following tracks in the snow.

They say he followed them for about 16 kilometres, through fields and along roads.

Relatives and friends followed by car as he trailed the tracks to a home in Bangor Township.

"The tracks that they had followed led right up to a garage door," Michigan State Police said in a news release.

Inside the garage, police found the man's snowmobile, already disassembled, plus three others and many snowmobile parts.

January 2008

The Wall Street Journal notes that conservative talk-show host and author Michael Graham blogged after the Florida Republican primary, ""So it is over. Finished. In November, we'll be sending out our most liberal, least trustworthy candidate."

But the Journal says McCain is a lot more conservative than some give him credit for being. And as Sen. Lindsey Graham, a longtime friend and supporter of McCain notes, ""There's a level of practicality among Republicans I haven't seen in a long time, a focus on winning I haven't seen in a long time."

And as the paper notes "he is the candidate many Democrats least want to face, the one who would best remake his party's battered image and draw independent voters needed to win in November" despite his problems with conservatives in his own party.
