Riding motorcycles and feeding children, that's what one new group in Central Texas does. Last month, the official charter was signed for STAR Touring and Riding Association Killeen-Fort Hood Chapter No. 426.

While the official charter signing was recent, two motorcycle enthusiasts have been building the organization for about a year.

"Our mission is to have fun on motorcycles," said Dave Willoughby, STAR area coordinator.

Rick Sanders, road captain, heard about the international club while working at Texas Motor Sports, Killeen's local Yamaha dealer. The organization was formed in 1996 as a family riding organization as the official riding organization of Star Motorcycles, according to the group's Web site.

As a Yamaha dealer employee, however, Sanders could not start the organization.

If, for example, you go to Bernie's Bistro and there on the menu -- in bold, yet -- is Bernie's Liver & Onions, it should be reasonable to expect said liver and onions to be the best you've ever had. A lot is being lost here from the original story. Rolo left a scratch on the victim, if he was a vicious dog he would have taken a huge chunk out of her. I can understand her being afraid, but to have a dog destroyed over a scratch is sad. Put the owner in training, put the victim in counseling, socialize the dog better and get on with life.

Phil I disagree with the second part of your post entirely. No matter which rappers you listen to I promise you most of them came out of places where mainstream rappers paved the road to the music industry for them.
